The 13th International Conference on Advanced Informatics: Concepts, Theory and Applications (ICAICTA2026) is jointly organized by the UTAR Faculty of Information and Communication Technology (FICT) and Centre for Internet of Things and Big Data (CIoTBD), School of Electrical Engineering and Informatics, Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Toyohashi University of Technology (TUT), and Department of Information Technology, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS). The ICAICTA conference aims to bring together Japanese, Indonesian, Malaysian, and international academicians, scientists and industrialists for knowledge sharing, exchange of ideas, collaborations and presentation of their research outcomes in the field of informatics.

This year's conference will be held in hybrid mode, with both physical and virtual presentations. The conference will take place at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), MALAYSIA.

Formats

Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers of no more than six (6) pages including results, according to IEEE conference template provided below. All submissions will be peer-reviewed (single blind) based on originality, technical quality and presentation.

Submission

Original manuscripts should be submitted in English in PDF format through the following EasyChair page. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements. The proceedings will also be indexed by Scopus.


Every accepted paper must have at least one registration by the September 30, 2026. The registration fee charged will allow full access to all parts of the conference, and include the conference proceedings. All the deadlines are set at 23:59:59 Malaysia Time (UTC+8).
